I. General Guideline:
Ipason Philippines “Seller” warrants the product to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for the Warranty Period. Seller will try in highest standards to provide best aftersales to its customers “Buyer”.
Seller is available for virtual support through our Facebook Page, “FB Page” - Ipason Technical Support | Facebook”
Main Service Center is located in Paco Manila.
II. Warranty Guideline
1. Please keep the original purchase invoice and/or warranty receipt paper for future service request.
2. Keep the original packaging. In case the original packaging is not available, it is the responsibility of the customer to
place it in a packaging that is safe for transport case it needs to be repaired.
3. Seller reserves the right to verify the validity of warranty and Buyer’s request for warranty service and any mentioned damages outside warranty and/or expired warranty can still be assisted by IPASON at customer's expense.
4. The ownership of replaced defective parts shall automatically become the property of Seller.
5. All items bought in Ipason Philippines carry a standard 12 months warranty from warranty period which starts on ship date which is indicated on date of warranty receipt paper unless otherwise mentioned.
6. Any software delivered with the Product is provided “as-is”. Ipason does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of any software provided with the Product.
7. If replacement unit is not available or no incoming stocks ,if eligible ,you will be provide of alternative options item or higher value. No cash refund.
8. The Warranty does not cover bundled accessories, which were delivered together with the Product such as: cables, bag, mouse etc.
9. Online orders under Shopee and Lazada is covered by Shopee/ Lazada warrranty. System Unit, All-in-one, Graphic Cards, Laptop, Monitor found defective within 2 weeks from received date of Buyer are allowed for warranty claim on replacement subject to above exclusion. Transportation cost is shouldered by Seller.
III. Warrant Exclusion:
The following conditions are excluded from warranty claim:
System Unit/ All-in-one/ Graphic Cards / Laptop
1. Improper testing, operation, maintenance, installation, adjustment not furnished or approved by Ipason Technician.
2. Item exposed to liquid, liquid residue,insect/rodent urine or excessive humid environments resulting in rust, moisture, dampness, stains, corrosion or liquid spills.
3. Unauthorized changes to the BIOS or Firmware on Products that do not have a Multiple BIOS option, electrical overstress (EOS) or “over-clocking (including uninterrupted use of the Products, or use of the Products for blockchain processing, cryptocurrency mining, or similar purposes).
4. Damages caused by natural disaster.
5. Damage or loss of functionality due to product incompatibility
6. Damage caused by third party software or virus(es); or there is software loss or data loss that may occur during repair or replacement;
Monitors
1. Surface glass crack, Internal glass cracked , liquid spillage LCD corrosion.
2. Less than 5 dead pixels, broken, cut or missing cable , damaged item cause by natural disaster.
IV. Warranty Process:
1. Provide the warranty receipt paper and video proof to FB Page for virtual assistance.
2. Seller will address Buyer’s concern within 48 hours.
3. You will be requested by Seller to perform some of the Product’s troubleshooting tasks or actions reasonable in resolving the problem.
4. If the problem is not solved remotely , you will have to return the product via lazada, shopee and other logistic partners that will be advised by seller.General rule, the cost is shouldered by Buyer to and from Service Center unless advised by Seller.
5. Seller will repair or replace the defective parts of the product, or the product itself, with new or reconditioned parts or products that are functionally equivalent or superior to those originally supplied. In case parts are not available on hand, buyer will be contacted to wait for 90 days or less.
6. Repaired units will be shipped out within 1 week upon receipt in Service Center.
7. If in case the physical damage is found upon unboxing, please send unboxing video in seller FB Page.
